Individual counseling
Individual counseling is a space to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped how you move through the world. I work with thoughtful, creative people who feel disconnected, stuck in familiar relational cycles, or uncertain of who they are becoming. Through depth-oriented and experiential therapy, we explore what lies beneath anxiety, grief, attachment concerns, and life transitions so you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity.
